How our cancellation policies are affected by covid 19.
During this time of COVID 19, Peppertree Hill Group Accommodation’s standard cancellation policy remains applicable to all bookings and will not be exempt due to COVID 19 related circumstances. Bookings during a pandemic are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. As per our Terms and Conditions, our cancellations policies are:
Perry Street Hotel
Cancellations or changes to bookings for this property must be made 7 days prior to the check in date. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to to arrival or no show will be charged 100% of booking.
For Public Holidays/Long weekends, strict payment terms and cancellation policy applies. Full prepayment is required at time of booking and there is no refund for cancellation.
A $1 pre-authorisation is required at time of booking if outside payment period. It will be held and offset against your accommodation booking or refunded on authorised cancellation meeting T&Cs.
A Payment Link will be sent to you when payment is due. It enables you to securely enter credit card details for payment. The amount shown in the Payment Link may not include any additional fees or non-room charges that you may incur during your stay in addition to the contracted room rate plus applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated in your reservation confirmation.
Please note: Group bookings of three or more rooms will require 30% non refundable deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due and payable 30 days prior to date of arrival. Any group booking is non cancellable – non refundable 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations or changes to bookings for this property must be made 14 days prior to the check in date.
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to to arrival or no show will be charged 100% of booking.

Standard Terms & Conditions
Standard check-in time is 2pm on date of arrival and check-out time is 10am on departure date. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability and prior arrangement is made with management. Kindly note, any early check-in and/or late check-out may incur extra charges.
At least 5 days prior to arrival, please notify management of your estimated arrival time and provide us with a mobile contact number so that we can contact you during your stay.
Please note that all accommodation is strictly Non-Smoking. There will be a fee (at management’s discretion) for any consequential cleaning/deodorising required where smoking is detected in your accommodation provided.
Please be aware that any damages (including stains to furniture, carpets and linen) will require remedial action and there will be a charge/fee at management’s discretion for any consequential damages sustained by the property.
We also provide for your convenience quality linen, pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen equipment and utensils for your use during your stay. There will be a fee/charge for the cost of replacing any missing items (including decorative items) removed from the property.
We take great pride in providing quality linen for you to enjoy. Kindly do not use our linen for make-up, fake tan and/or polish removal as this will leave stains that are difficult/impossible to remove. We have provided you with tissues and wipes for this purpose. Please note that if we need to replace any linen items soiled with such stains, you will incur replacement charge/s at $15 face washer, $20 handtowel, $25 bathmat and $35 for bath towels.
Any accommodation charges and/or related incidentals including minibar will be processed on check-out with the credit card details provided.
All guests are entitled to peace and privacy during their stay and it is important that all occupants are considerate of other guests’ needs for peace and privacy. If there is unreasonable level of noise and/or disturbance to other guests/occupants and this is not rectified, you may be required to relocate and/or asked to leave the property. In such circumstances, you will forfeit your rights to occupy your accommodation and there will be no further compensation for your stay.
If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy date/s due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. Fire, storm, flooding, electrical or any maintenance upgrades required), Management will inform you immediately and will endeavour to find you suitable alternative accommodation for your scheduled stay, failing which any payments made to that date will be refunded in full and there will be no further compensation for any inconvenience.
As a regional property and for your safety, we need to observe strict fire safety regulations. As such, there will be periods of time during the year when you may not be able to light fires including the use log fire place/s, fire pits and or candles. Your cooperation with fire safety regulations is much appreciated.
N.B. COVID 19 related circumstances include but are not limited to: health orders, health advisories, quarantines and restrictions; travel advisories and restrictions; transport disruptions and cancellations; changes to applicable law; government mandates (eg: evacuation orders, border closures).
